My Goals:
Want to lower my BMI to a normal level and keep it there!

My Program:
 Limiting daily calories, eating fruits and vegetables, drinking water, exercising regularly.


Personal Information:
Lived in an Historic Chicago Bungalow. Moved out. Lived in an apartment in the Western Suburbs. Better! Moved out! Live in a Senior Building downstate. Best!

Other Information:
 Treating myself like a precious object will make me strong!

    I hope that you can figure out what Mike's issues with the move may be so that he can cope better than drinking. If it doesn't stop, perhaps going to some counseling sessions, whether together or by yourself will help? There might be some depression because of the move. This number may help if you don't see a way past this bump too: 1-800-273-TALK (8255), I haven't had to call yet, but Facebook God has and said it helped in a crisis.

    Do you have a JoAnn Fabrics or Michael's nearby? I took my cake classes at Michael's for a fair price. Having an oven that heats right helps with baking the cakes. It takes practice, but if you can do muffins (which are basically naked cupcakes), you should be able to do cakes fine. :)

    Good luck selling the house! I hope it goes quickly for the price you're asking. Living in an apartment isn't all bad, I've been living in one for years now.
