My Goals:
To lower my A1C, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. I want to be healthy again, so I can spend as much time with my husband and daughter as I can on this Earth.


My Program:
Eat about 6 small meals over the course of the day. 85/15 Paleo/vegan,fat, lower carb, high clean protiens...whole natural grains and lots of fiber. This has worked for me before and with the tracker it's even easier this time.



Personal Information:
If I would have had something like this tracker back then, I may have stuck to my own plan. This is the best, easiest site/app like this I've ever used. No more notebook scribbling, having to save packages to remeber how many blah, blah, blah...Never again thanks to Sparkpeople.
