My Goals:
February goals - work out at least 10 minutes a day every day
-be working out 30 minutes a day by the end of the month. Slow and steady wins the race
Short term Goal is -50lbs by labour day. My best friend is getting married and I am the maid of honour. I want to feel energetic and confident at her wedding.
Other goals - to be able to go for a long walk in a park.
- not to be out of breath when climbing my stairs
- be size "confident" no matter what size or weight that is
- learn to use food as body fuel and not a means of therapy
- help control my anxiety with a work out schedule
My Program:
I'm starting out small with little changes. I haven't exercised in a long time so I'm starting off with 10 minutes a day and I am hoping that after a month I will be able to do 20-45 minutes of exercise a day. For food, I am trying to be kinder to my body by supplying it with the food it needs and not necessarily the food it wants. I am also slowly cutting out the takeout from my diet.
