I have been on Sparkpeople for 7 years but I am starting a brand new journey! I have been on a plateau for over a year now after losing 20 pounds and I am working to break that plateau and go on to lose more weight. I have a goal of losing 150 pounds and I am changing my lifestyle with healthy food and exercise. I am disabled so I can only do chair exercises, but I have found that there are many challenging exercises that I can still do! I am also bipolar so I have to deal with a lot of mood issues but I have found that journaling and good medication have been a good combination for me. Most of all having good self esteem has helped me along the way.

I am a Buddhist nun with a 10-year-old son. I am a writer. I am disabled but fitness is still a huge part of my life and I am working towards getting fitter and healthier every day. I have a Pomeranian and a Manx. I enjoy comedies and cartoons.

I try to blog daily so feel free to follow my blog. I try to be honest about my experiences with health and fitness, what I have learned from having a history of ED, losing 91 pounds, gaining it all back plus more, and my brand new health/fitness journey!!
