Introduction Text Hi there. I am a happily married 35 year old SAH Mom, who is a proud mother of twin girls that will be turning 6 in August of 2011, and I have a wonderful stepson who just turned 18 and will be leaving for college soon. I have been a member of Spark since 2008 and it works AWESOME when you do what you are supposed to do. I am back and ready to get all of this extra weight off once and for all!! I want to be around for my family and set a great example while I am! My plan of attack to reach this is by doing at least the following daily until I reach my short term goal: DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER!!!!!! At least 2 miles a day with Leslie Sansone! 50 step-ups daily 50-Wall Pushups - These always make me feel so good! 30 min's of freestyle dancing with my girls!!! DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER!!!!!! So many people under-estimate the power of good ole' water!!!

My goals are to set small realistic ones to help me stay on track. I take it 10lbs at a time. I want to help keep my family a healthy one by always living a healthy lifestyle. My short term goal is to get into the 2's. Overall I would like to loose over 200lbs to get me to where I wanted to be before having my twin girls.

Drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. Staying within my calorie range. Exercising at least 30 min's a day, more when possible. NOT eating in front of the tv at anytime!

A little about me: 35 Years Old Happily Married 3 kids: 5 yr old twin girls 18 yr old stepson. Stay At Home Mom Born in Kentucky. Moved to Michigan for almost 8 yrs. BACK HOME IN KY NOW!
