I am embarking on a new journey. I am about to turn thirty and its time for a change. Fat you have been a pain in my behind for the better part of 15 years. I am sick of you! I am preparing to do whatever I have to do to get rid of you once and for all.I have done it before and I know that I can do it again. I know you thought you were safe since we have been together for so long, however that is not the case. I have had my fair share of bad relationshipsam I am sick of the one with you. Farewell faux friend. Pretty soon I wont be seeing you again. Move on to some other unsuspecting sucker!!!!

My Goals:
1. I want to fully committ to sticking to this program.
2. I want to acquire and maintain health eating habits and an overall healthier lifestyle.

My Program:
My plan is just to take this journey one day at a time. I have spent too much time in the past focusing 2 and 3 weeks and months ahead of time to the point where I have burnt myself out. I want to perform some form of exercise everyday.
-Weights 3x a week
-abs everyday
-cardio 4-6x a week
-8-10 glasses of water
- balanced meals

Personal Information:
I am30 years old, and I am just sick and tired of being fat. I want to feel better about myself be more comfortable in my own skin. Just have fun without tugging on my clothes all the time or comparing myself to the other people in the room.

Other Information:
Falling down is not failing , Staying down is.

Everyday is a new opportunity for change.

    emoticon this weight loss journey is such a struggle. I'm sure just like me you have been ready to throw in the towel....but thankfully emoticon and all of my Sparkies that are on it. We have to make a pact to keep each other motivated. We will all have our emoticon days, our emoticon and of course our emoticon days.....the important thing is to be there for each other not just on the days that we feel emoticon but on the days we feel like emoticon as well.

    I am here to tell you that you guys make me feel like I can do it....so I know that emoticon ! We have all set goals that we want to reach and we have an emoticon support system so let's keep it going....

    I promise to emoticon you when you need it and be your emoticon when you are emoticon bootay! I know that we can do this!!! So let's rock out June!!!! emoticon

    As long as you believe emoticon and you put 100% into your workout emoticon emoticon emoticon and your nutrition emoticon emoticon emoticon you will be able to say emoticon ! If you have hit a plateau don't emoticon !!!! You keep pushing yourself to that next level and even if you have to start over from emoticon .....Just remember that it's mind over matter.....You can do anything you put your mind too!!! I'm here to emoticon you on and we are going to keep emoticon bootay together......
