I added you after you posted on one of my blogs! It seems like we're both college students so it's nice to meet people who understand how difficult it is to balance health and fitness with all-nighters... @.@ 3701 days ago

The DVD is easier to follow than the book when it comes to the exercises! Good luck. And I hope you have a FANTASTIC weekend this weekend! 3707 days ago

Yay! I'm glad the midfoot strike helped. If that's the only change you make, it's going to be so worthwhile!
A little lean goes a long way -- a good way to get the feel of it is to stand in front of a wall or a tree or something, with your toes about 5 inches away from the base of the wall/tree. Put your hands out in front to catch yourself, and just fall forward, without bending at your waist. Push yourself back to standing and practice that lean a couple times. Most of the time you won't even realize you're leaning.
The areas I personally needed a lot of work on were my cadence and my posture. I'm a sloucher, but hopefully I don't slouch while running anymore. :) 3709 days ago
