Just Evil enough...


I am trying again to get serious about getting my life/health back. I believe I need to lose at least 20lbs (probably more like 30!). I've been in denial for most of my adult life - "I'm just stocky", "muscle weighs more than fat", yadda, yadda, yadda.
Need to see myself how I really am - overweight.
That just plain sucks but that's the reality of it.
I need and WANT to be healthier.
