I deserve to be healthy!


Time to own up to the fact I have regained all 50 pounds I lost 6 years ago. I take responsibility for my eating and lack of exercise.

    I thought of you Tuesday. I gave a 4-6 min Self_Introductory speech in class, and my topic was travel: casual, business and formal. t brought me back to our camping days with the kids and dog. Any fun trips this summer??
