    We all back slide. There is no such thing as a perfect day, I always say that my perfect day is the day that I woke up and went to bed alive. Concentrate your efforts on being positive. Eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water, though wine can be beneficial to your body. Pat yourself on the back for not eating the whole pizza, for having a healthy breakfast this morning, for already logging an exercise today.

    I think having a healthy goal is a huge key in weightloss. We need to start with small goals and work up to the bigger picture. Look at the things you can do, I pray I can kayak when I'm in my 70's.....I certainly can't do that now in my 30's.

    I hope the family illness you mentioned has worked out.
