Introduction Text Hi! I'm a close to 50 stay at home care taker of 2 and 4 legged creatures. I'm tired of having things jiggle on my body when I brush my teeth. I'm tired of being tired. So it's time to change that. So here is Me taking a step.

..... to get rid of : my back wing flaps my cottage cheese behind my jello legs and my saggy arms.

I'm going to walk for 30 minutes everyday. Then slowly change my diet.
