Hi! My name is Erin. I have been an on/off spark member for a few years now. I have never reached my goal, but once I got to a goal, I would fall off the wagon and start indulging and drinking. This time I'd like to go beyond the small goals and deadlines and reach my ultimate goal. I said my goal was to be 140 lbs. This is just a rough estimate. I'd like to get to 140 lbs because I have never been under 150 lbs, it seems to be where I plateau. Right now I am starting at 165 lbs. I'm 5'5 with ...
Hi! My name is Erin. I have been an on/off spark member for a few years now. I have never reached my goal, but once I got to a goal, I would fall off the wagon and start indulging and drinking. This time I'd like to go beyond the small goals and deadlines and reach my ultimate goal. I said my goal was to be 140 lbs. This is just a rough estimate. I'd like to get to 140 lbs because I have never been under 150 lbs, it seems to be where I plateau. Right now I am starting at 165 lbs. I'm 5'5 with an athletic build and I seem to carry most of my weight in my mid-section. I'm athletic and active but no matter what I do in the gym, it hasn't been making up for my poor eating habits and that's something I've come to learn over the years. "Six packs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym."
