Thank you so much for visiting my page!

I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Kaylee, on July 11, 2009. I am 5' 7"; I hit my peak weight with her of 306 pounds, and was already at my highest weight of 240 pounds before we conceived her. I am striving to be the healthy and in-shape mother and wife I know I am inside!!

I have achieved one of my biggest goals since I stared this journey, and ran my first marathon, the Twin Cities Marathon, on October 7, 2012. Now, a new chapter has begun.

The slate has been cleaned. I am not starting over, I am moving on to the next part of my life, to get back to the healthy weight I worked so hard to get down to, to get back to basics, to treat my body the way it needs to be treated, and to continue being a great role model for the love of my life, my daughter Kaylee.

My New Starting Weight is 198 pounds, taken on Friday, October 6.

I will weigh in every Saturday morning.

10/13 - 194 (-4)

My Goals:
1. First of all, to be healthy. That is the most important.

2. To be a role model for my baby as she gets older.

3. To be the best wife, mother, friend, and supporter I can be.

4. To always get back up if I fall.

5. To remember that not one single item of food could ever taste as good as thin feels.

My Program:
1. I am a member of Weight Watchers and I follow their program as diligently as I can without being perfect :o}

2. I am a member of 2 gyms, the bigger one closer to home, the smaller closer to work, so I have no reason to miss a workout, even if I need to do it on my lunch hour.

3. I am conscious about what I put in my mouth.

4. I avoid temptations.

5. I make fitness goals for myself along with weight goals. They are in the main body of this page, and I know I can accomplish all of them!

Personal Information:
I am Erin, and I am from Grand Forks, ND. I have a husband, Corey, and a rambunctious girl, Kaylee, who just turned 3 in July.

Thanks for the comment on my page.

I haven't felt much like I've been on anybodies radar for a while... I guess I was more exciting when I was loosing all the time and inspiring left right and centre... not so fun when I'm failing and the pom-poms get slowly tucked away.

So it was really nice to read your comment.

Yes, Melbourne Beach is a good race. Two bridge crossings and you end just about where you started...which I like. Plus, it's not too far from the house, so I get to sleep in my own bed and prepare my own meals the nights before the race. :)
The countdown is until Christmas...when I'm going to be with family! Should be a lot of fun!!
Weather in February can be as low at the 40's and into the 70's/80's. My body has acclimated to the weather, so I still like longer sleeves, but it's definitely warmer than other parts of the country! :)
Hope you're having a great week!

We were supposed to do one of those color runs, the CMY5K, yesterday, but the race got cancelled a week or two ago do to some issues with permits and environmental approvals. Sounds like they didn't grease the appropriate palms, since the race happens without issue in so many other cities. So I'm still just running my 5k's on my own until i find another good race - going out of town and busy few months coming up but hope to find one I can squeeze in. :-) Thanks for checking on me!
