Thank you so much for visiting my page!
I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Kaylee, on July 11, 2009. I am 5' 7"; I hit my peak weight with her of 306 pounds, and was already at my highest weight of 240 pounds before we conceived her. I am striving to be the healthy and in-shape mother and wife I know I am inside!!

I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Kaylee, on July 11, 2009. I am 5' 7"; I hit my peak weight with her of 306 pounds, and was already at my highest weight of 240 pounds before we conceived her. I am striving to be the healthy and in-shape mother and wife I know I am inside!!
I have achieved one of my biggest goals since I stared this journey, and ran my first marathon, the Twin Cities Marathon, on October 7, 2012. Now, a new chapter has begun.
The slate has been cleaned. I am not starting over, I am moving on to the next part of my life, to get back to the healthy weight I worked so hard to get down to, to get back to basics, to treat my body the way it needs to be treated, and to continue being a great role model for the love of my life, my daughter Kaylee.
My New Starting Weight is 198 pounds, taken on Friday, October 6.
I will weigh in every Saturday morning.

2. To be a role model for my baby as she gets older.
3. To be the best wife, mother, friend, and supporter I can be.
4. To always get back up if I fall.
5. To remember that not one single item of food could ever taste as good as thin feels.
My Program:
1. I am a member of Weight Watchers and I follow their program as diligently as I can without being perfect :o}
2. I am a member of 2 gyms, the bigger one closer to home, the smaller closer to work, so I have no reason to miss a workout, even if I need to do it on my lunch hour.
3. I am conscious about what I put in my mouth.
4. I avoid temptations.
5. I make fitness goals for myself along with weight goals. They are in the main body of this page, and I know I can accomplish all of them!
