Hi, I am Elaine from Malaysia. I am rejoining after quiting for a while. This time I am serious about finally losing the weight & keeping it off. And this time I will be honest.
The 8 glasses of water rule doesn't apply to me though as I am on dialysis and have to restrict my fluid intake to 500ml per day.

To finally reach my ideal weight for my height!
My Program:
Exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes per session depending on intensity.
Limit sodium, phosphate, protein, potassium and fluids. Limit fast food to only a once a fortnight treat at least, in small portions.
