The mind runs the body


I'm a 31-year-old SAHM of three kids. I live in Utah, although most of the time I'd definitely prefer to live someplace a lot warmer. I love finding new and interesting ways to eat clean and local, and my favorite ways to exercise are strength training and mixed martials arts.

 Classes at Gold's Gym 5 days a week. Try to be active on weekends. Eat clean most of the time.

    I have a membership to 24hour. Shoot! But outdoor stuff could be fun, I've never really worked out outdoors. (seems weird I know) Technically I live in Bluffdale, but no one really knows where that is. Have kids?
