Hi Emma, I wanted to respond to you. I wrote about quiting drinking diet soda. I quit cold turkey. I initially thought I would do 1 or 2 a day, but changed my mind after my first day. My first day I was doing ok, not much for cravings. Then we went out to eat for lunch and I had a diet coke, then i craved one the rest of the day, I just wanted to keep having more. The next day I had none and I didn't have as many cravings, but had a headache, so I did have a coffee for the caffeine. I'm not a big coffee drinker so I don't see switching to that :) Today is day 3 and going ok. 3127 days ago

You don't seem pushy at all. I know it's something I should look into. Because I'm certainly not getting anywhere without talking it out. I hope my health insurance will cover it! I actually saw someone a few years ago when I participated in a anxiety drug study. I didn't have health insurance then and it seemed like a good way to get some therapy for free. Although it ended up just being about how I was doing on the pills (obviously!) I did learn a couple of things from him, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
Trial and error is what it takes I guess! 3186 days ago

I have thought about going to see someone, but that brings on my anxiety hard core! Which is probably exactly why I need to see someone! lol I just wonder how people are able to find therapists that they are actually comfortable talking to. I think I would feel so self-conscious! 3196 days ago
