    Thanks for the add and the compliment. You know it is really easy to rack up the Fitness Minutes when you are having fun! I try to do at least one hour of rollerblading, 42 minutes of yoga, and 20 minutes of running through the house, playing with my cat each day. Some days, I participate in sports like basketball and volleyball with my friends. Other days, I like to do tai chi, dance, run, and hike.

    Congratulations on your fitness success. I am thinking about joining Lifetime here in Florida. How do you like it?

    I love the picture of the Taj Mahal too! I can't wait to go back to India.
