SINCE I AM RETIRED NOW, I HAVE MINIMIZED MY STRESS LEVEL CONSIDERABLY AND I WANT TO FOCUS ON GETTING HEALTHIER BY LOSING WEIGHT AND EXERCISING. I KNOW I AM IN GOOD COMPANY WITH SPARK PEOPLE AND WEIGHT WATCHERS. THANKS FOR BEING THERE.

MY GOAL IS TO STAY POSITIVE AND MOTIVATED...IF I FALL 7 TIMES, I'LL GET UP 8 ! I COMPLETED MY FIRST 5K WALK ON 22 MAY 2010 IN 60 MIN ! WHAT A SWEET TASTE OF SUCCESS FOR ME ! NO CALORIES THERE !!!

My Program:
 I HAVE JOINED WEIGHT WATCHERS AND THEN I FOUND SPARK PEOPLE. I HAVE ALSO JOINED ANYTIME FITNESS ! NOW I HAVE THE BEST OF THREE WORLDS ! I FOLLOW GOOD HEALTHY EATING GUIDELINES AND DO CARDIO EVERY DAY AND STRENGTH TRAINING EVERY OTHER DAY!

    i just emailed to Pat. She is having a really bad time with her thoughts and words and trying to express herself. She talked a lot about food they are trying t get her to eat, confusing. I feel bad for her.
    i hope you are doing well. I miss everybody now. Suddenly do not hear from Terry and not a word why.
    I am working on this last 10 pounds and hope to get there for spring if we ever get spring. Our weather is so strange
    Daughter Robin is taking our Xmas tree down and that makes me sad but it was getting too dry. Robin put up a lot of decorations so we will enjoy those til we gather them up.

    Thanks EGG. We bought an older motor home and put it up in the mountains. Getting to go visit it most weekends. Love the mountains. Hope you are doing well. Have a great 4th and summer. HUGS
