Thanks for the blog love on the Roses scarf. I'll post a picture later this week when I am actually weaving! There is a lot that comes before the actual weaving. It all starts with math--to figure out how much materials are needed for the thing to be woven and what happens if you do not have quite enough! But it is a fun process (most of the time). And the weaving is always great fun--to see 'string' become a 'something'!!!

Thanks for the Halloween blog love. We started having a fire and me with my spinning wheel three years ago. It give me something to do while I wait for kids and gives them something different to look at! This was the first year for snow. It made for some very cold hands. Dearly Beloved had his gloves but I just had wool running through my fingers.

That photo is several years ago. We belonged to a CSA in T-burg called Sweetland Farms
they had as part of the share flowers that you could go and pick bouquets. I really loved that.

Thanks for the comment on my snow post. A nice thing is that we did not get snow last night so my going out of town is on dry roads from yesterday's sun.

Thanks for the blog love. The donkeys look like a couple of older, cranky people! That's what I saw at first glance.
