a much delayed THANKyou for coming by and your support, as always, is so welcomed. I agree unfortunately that too many are self absorbed. I thought it would be different with all of this but I've seen some discouraging things. Appreciate it Nancy and hope you are safe and well.

Thanks for the blog love about my set up volunteering at the village in the loom house. It does make me feel safe but still contributing to the life of the village.

Thanks for the blog love about making masks. It helps a lot that my cutting table is in one room (behind closed doors so the cats cannot mess it up) and I have room for the machines and irons to be set up. I do not have to put away and take out every time I want to work on masks.

I have another featherweight from an aunt that has stayed in the case since I got it. I should get that one out and call it Thing 3!

Thanks for the blog love on a not normal day at the loom house! I had to laugh at myself for two tries at repairing the swift. The first time all the joints were tied too tight so I had to redo them all (just 12)!

That photo is totally all perspective. The scarf is slightly less than 9" wide and should end up to be approximately 72" long. I make scarves to wrap around necks at least once with tails long enough to tuck inside a coat.

Thanks for the birthday cake blog love. My actual day was a couple of weeks ago but I forgot I had a picture of the cake. You are the only person to know what hickory nuts are! I also think they are only in Iowa/Midwest as I could not find them when I lived in other states.
