Don't WANT it, WORK for it!


I am a (mostly) stay at home of a wonderful 5 1/2 year old boy. I teach at a local preschool part time and think I have the most wonderful job in the world! I am searching to have LONG TERM success at developing a healthier lifestyle (and weight) so that I can be healthy and happy for my son and husband.
