Introduction Text I have fallen off the wagon, but am jumping back on. I did well as long as there was a competition at work, but without that this year, I have lost motivation. But, I feel more committed than ever to lose this weight. I can't stand seeing myself like this, so I uploaded a real photo from a recent party to hopefully provide more motivation than just the avatar did. SP has been a God-send and I feel like this time, I'm on the right track and taking accountability for my own success!

I'd really like to lose about 15 more pounds by the end of August. I'd REALLY love to tone up my tummy, arms, and thighs! I'd like to also maintain a healthy lifestyle and help form better eating habits for my children and husband, too.

I am following a diet of about 1600 calories a day...lots of lean cuisine and water, LOL! My husband walks and I've taken up running and I am using a Malibu Pilates chair, the shake weight and a Chi Machine!

After being in Memphis for 7 years, my husband and I packed up and moved back to my small hometown to help take care of my mother who has Alzheimer's. My dad passed away Mother's Day 2009 after a short battle with Lung Cancer. My husband Dave and I have two wonderful boys, who both have Asperger's, and a precious little girl:) I am once again teaching at the Helen Keller School of Alabama.

I like to read and cook...and love to play Mafia Wars on Facebook, lol! My husband has recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and type II diabetes so learning to cook for his needs and making it palatable for everyone is a real challenge.
