    Hi, sorry this post is so late. I drink smoothies every morning. Most of the time it has lowfat yogurt, seedless green grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, raw honey, ginger root, lemon, and kale. I wash all the fruit and freeze it. Sometimes I put in asparagus or spinach or frozen mango. Love to experiment and try different combos, but I always make sure it has kale, ginger root and honey. I have a good blender and take the fruit out early in the morning to thaw out a little.
