Introduction Text I recently gave birth to my 2nd child in February who was still-born. I can't even explain the pain my family and I have been in. I am ready to lose the baby weight, I want to be more active for my daughter and feel good about myself again. Plus I want my daughter to be proud of me as well as my son in heaven to be proud of me. *Starting all over again, my father was diagnosed w/Parkinson’s and in the mix I forgot to take care of myself so here I am. Frustrating but taking the 1st step.

My goal is to not be so hard on myself and realize that with every 1 lb. I do lose I am that much closer to my goal weight.

I am eating 1200-1500 calories a day, and doing my best to walk 1 mile a day.

I am from Maryland and have been married 19 years and have a beautiful 5 year old daughter who makes everything right in my world and an angel in heaven named Avery.

My husband & I have been together since high-school, he had gastric bypass 5 years ago and has lost 100 lbs, now I am the one struggling, never in a million years did I think the roles would be reversed. I am very proud of him and thank him for loving me for who I am, and not what I use to be.
