I had natural childbirth---I can DO THIS!!!


I am the typical woman who was never thin ... but a hell of a lot thinner 10 years ago! I've had two kids and packed on the pounds---now I'm dying to get out of my own way and weight loss is the only way to break free.

I have about 150 pounds to lose sooo it's going to be a loonnnnnggg journey but I hope to pick up some friends and support along the way! =)
