Any tips for when you are STUCK. I have managed from 183 to 170 in 3 months, but then seem to be totally stuck. Tried eating more often, less often, more exercise. Clothes are looser, but the scale is not moving. I so want to be in the 160s. Any tips or advice, I don't want to resort to one of the quick weight loss fads, I want to not be On A Diet, but just eating healthily, and am learning a lot from the journal. Hello I am 60 years old and only need to loose 10 pounds. Doctors orders. However I can't seem to loose more than 4 pounds. So I have decided to try coaching as a way of giving me a way to loose more weight. Could you help me out. 1892 days ago
