My Goals:
I just got engaged in December and the wedding is scheduled for October. I want to be a fit, confident bride. It's now or never.

My Program:
 Reduce calorie intake to stay within my Spark Ranges (minus 1 cheat meal/day a week).

Increase my fruit/veggie intake.

Workout 5-6 times a week


Personal Information:
My name is Mandy and I met my wonderful fiance when we were in high school. We reconnected the Summer of 2011 and this Christmas he proposed to me! I can't wait to begin our life, but I definitely want to start it out in better shape and with more confidence!
