Release weight. Gain health. Gain mobility.
My Program:
Using iTrackBites to follow WW plan, local TOPS chapter weekly meeting for weigh ins and fun friends, and Spark for more connections, motivation and encouragement. I also watch some YouTubers who are losing weight following WW. I can't afford WW on social security, so the iTrackBites free app tracks several of the WW plans, and TOPS is only $36/year and I win back my local chapter dues by losing weight, and Spark is free, so its how I do it all very low budget but very high healthy lifestyle changes!
