    The key to remember is that there are no quick fixes. This is a lifestyle change. Create goals. Long term and lots of mini short ones. Take baby steps, reward yourself when you reach mini goals and don't beat yourself up if you mess up. This is something you have the rest of your life to get right. Keep exercise enjoyable and remember to switch it up it shouldn't be punishment. Also, try to make small changes weekly to your eating habits. Switch up a side dish, add a new fruit or veggie, remove a snack, etc. BUT, do not force yourself to give up everything you like. Everything is fine in moderation. Lastly, use the trackers here at spark. They really let you see exactly where your trouble zones are.
