Looked at my introduction text and realized how long it has been since I wrote it. So here is the update. As of March 24th, 2011 I now weight 145 pounds. My goal is to get down to 125-130. I have been there before and it feels great. I was recently up to 157 pounds about 8 weeks ago so, I am making progress. I have to learn not to let life throw such curve balls at me that I give up and gain again. I can't count the number of times I have reached my goal kept it off for more then a year and ...
Looked at my introduction text and realized how long it has been since I wrote it. So here is the update. As of March 24th, 2011 I now weight 145 pounds. My goal is to get down to 125-130. I have been there before and it feels great. I was recently up to 157 pounds about 8 weeks ago so, I am making progress. I have to learn not to let life throw such curve balls at me that I give up and gain again. I can't count the number of times I have reached my goal kept it off for more then a year and then let things get out of control. The last thing that happened to make me gain again is we moved. It was a long process. My boys and I are finally getting settled into the new house and my husband works and lives in another state. He comes here every other weekend. During the transition of moving I made several trips back and forth and ate out a lot. I got to a point I didn't care what I ate. I'm praying now that I'm sort of settled things will be easier.
For those wondering, my husband and I have a great relationship. We were offered the opportunity to farm and felt that our Heavenly Father was opening the door for that. My husband will eventually move here YHWH willing.
I have peace in my life in all my day to day chaos. :-)

My goal is to lose weight so I can be healthy. I also want to eat healthier. By doing this I can provide my family with healthier meals.
My Program:
The way I plan to reach my goals is to continue to exercise and watch what I eat. I will not tell myself that I can not have a certain food but, just limit the amount I eat.
Personal Information:
I live on an 80 acre farm with my family in Oklahoma. I'm loving farm life.
Other Information:
Finding this website has been an answer to prayer. I am thankful that someone would care so much for others to give us the tools we need to live a healthier lifestyle.
