Introduction Text Hi, I'm Donna from Wichita KS. I'm originally from NH and that's where my heart is. I have 200 lbs to lose and I know it's step by step. I love SparkPeople, it's been very motivating for me. I hope to reach my goal sometime in 2008. Hi, I'm back in NH now and am very happy! I miss my friends and my daughter and granddaughters still in Wichita. I'm married with 4 grown children and 11 grandchildren, 2 more on the way and 2 great grandchildren. I feel I am very blessed. The first thing I'm going to do when I've reached goal is to praise the Lord and the second thing is to wear a fancy red dress and go out dancing! Then I'm going to play with my grandchildren and go places with my children.

I'm doing Weight Watchers and am going to have Weight Loss surgery sometime next year I hope. This site keeps me motivated I'm getting rid of trigger foods to help me eliminate the night eating I am going to the gym 3 days a week and am up to (from 30 seconds) to 5 minutes each on the treadmill and recumbant biike.

I enjoy praise & worship music and playing my piano. I also like to read and work on the computer and visit with my grandchildren. I love to go for rides to places we've never been. I would like to be able to garden, hike and ride a biycle. I'm hoping that's going to come as the weight goes.
