    Thanks everyone. I am getting back into the swing of things. I just earned another trophy today! The food thing is a bit time consuming but writing it down each day and documenting when I get home from work will have to do. This week will be the test since I have been on leave these past two weeks. I'll keep you posted on the hustle and bustle of PT in the morning, work, picking up daughter from volleyball practice and then coming home to workout again.

    I found joining and participating in teams helped me to find like minded people who were heading in my direction. As you can see I am on my way to being fit.
