Another day another step closer to a healtier life - Kathy
I've been diabetic for 5-10 years but did not take it seriously til my younger sister became diabetic also and lost a toe because of it. I've been trying to eat healthier and exercise more for the last year and a half. 1/30/2016 I'm starting over, maybe this time I will stick to it. I am now 53 years old 250 pounds. I am diabetic and have fibromyalgia. I used to do dance aerobics and Zumba but now all I can handle is water aerobics. I am hoping if I lose weight maybe I might feel better ...
