Introduction Text 1/2/2019: It's been 13 years since I started my Spark journey. It has been a very long meandering path, with major highs and depressing lows, but I keep trudging along. Here is a quick recap of the past 13 years, along with my weight on January 1st of each year. 1/1/20: 247.2 1/1/19: 208.8 1/1/18: 258.0 1/1/17: 245.4 1/1/16: 269.6 1/1/15: 248.6 1/1/14: 269 1/1/13: 252.6 1/1/12: 241 1/1/11: 206 (Lost it the 2nd time - then Baby!) 1/1/10: 228.2 1/1/09: 230.6 1/1/08:267 1/1/07:204.2 (Lost it the 1st time) 6/1/06: 283 1/1/06:262.6 2006-2007: Joined Sparkpeople at my HW of 283 pounds. Lost 86 pounds. Gained back almost all weight loss 2008-2010: Went to the Dr. was Diagnosed with PCOS / Insulin Resistance and started taking Metformin. Lost almost 90 pounds again, over the course of a year and a half. Got pregnant in Late 2010 2011-2015: Had a baby, gained a bunch of weight post partum, + about 20 pounds more over the course of the next few years. 2016: "The I don't Want Weight Loss Surgery 13 Week Challege" I lost 40 pounds in 3 months to prove to my Dr. that I didn't need weight loss surgery. Gained 22 pounds back.

Give up fast food, drink less soda, cook more....(baby steps)
