Introduction Text Hi, my name is Darlene and I'm making some changes in my life. I have just recently come back to Spark and this time I plan on sticking with it and doing it right. Lately I'm having problems with the whole diet and exercise program but I'm not giving up. . I am single (widow 4 years now), and have two boys whom I am very proud of that are both in college. I work part time at a local elementary school for an after school program and I really enjoy it. I have gotten into photography as a hobby and have posted many of my pictures on Webshots so I can share them easily with my sister who lives in another state and friends.

I would like to lose weight and inches. Feel better about myself and my health

drinking plenty of water, some sort of exercise everyday and watch what I eat and how much I eat.
