Losing It For Life!


Hello everyone. My name is Ree and I'm 37yrs old. I'm married for 17 years with no children. I'm walking every morning between 4-5 miles so far. I'd like to double that one of these days. I love all kinds of things and look forward to making some new friends.

My Goals:
These are just a few of my goals:

~To eat healthy, and to eat 3 meals a day.

~To lower my BMI from the Overweight spectrum to the Healthy spectrum. (I have 30lbs to go to do that)

~To lose 50 more pounds





My Program:
 I am watching what I eat, and portion sizes.
I am walking everyday and working out.
I am making this a lifestyle change versus a diet.
