DDANALYNN412 Leslie I am sorry that you are not feeling so well but I pray that you will soon be feeling better but if you are really not feeling well maybe you should put off the 5K. Our bodies send us signals that we shouldn't ignore so if you feel really bad then postpone it (there will be plenty of other 5Ks) and then don't beat yourself up about it. Are you staying hydrated (drinking at least 8 (8 oz) glasses of water daily? I am doing ok I guess its just that this has been a very busy week for me I am eating right but I have not had any time to do fitness . My son just told me that I am losing valuable muscle mass that I had previously by not doing at least 10 minutes of strength training daily. He suggested that I do it during the nightly news for the first 10 minutes of local news. I told him that I would try it and tonight will be the first night that I will try I will do at least 10 minutes of strength and resistance training and then go to sleep. I had a bad day yesterday stayed in bed the whole day other than a bike ride about 4:00. Then right back to bed. I am going to work real hard this week to move the scale. I hope you are doing well. 4186 days ago
