Finding myself along the way
I am still trying to get rid of that stubborn "last 10 (20) pounds". I really need a kick in the butt. Have been on SP since June of 2009 and have gone from about 160 pounds at heaviest to 115 pounds at lightest and let the weight sneak back on up to about 140 again. I am trying to get back to the 120-125 range. I am also trying to let go of the past, keep the good memories and expel the rest.

My Goals:
**NEW GOAL**
Still looking to get to 120-125, no idea what I weigh currently as I don't own a scale and don't like going to the walk-in clinic to borrow theirs.
How I'm going to get there: Walk, walk, walk. I will also throw in some cardio workouts I find online.
**ORIGINAL**
I'm hoping to go from 147 pounds to about 130 in the next 6 months.
**March 24, 2010**
To maintain my weight in and around the 120 pound mark.
***Revised Goal- to get to 120 lbs. by December 15th, 2009.***
***Another revision on my goal. I want to reach 120 lbs. by my birthday in January (I think the 120 by Dec. 15th was a bit ambitious)***
Reached 127 lbs on Dec. 14, so original goal met!
Reached 120 lbs on March 8, 2010. Didn't reach before my deadline but I am HAPPY!!
My Program:
Right now I am using a combination of walking and online videos.
Personal Information:
I am from British Columbia, Canada, married with 2 girls and 2 cats. I have a love of all things Zelda and Mario.
Other Information:
I love to knit, crochet, read and I also enjoy cross stitch and video games. My favorite author is Stephen King. My favorite games are for the Wii and the Nintendo DS. My favorite time of year is Hallowe'en and the heart of autumn in general (October is my favorite month).
