I'm Dani, and I have been a Spark member for about 7 years. I took a hiatus for awhile, but Im in transition with some things in my life and am ready to get my sexy back!

Fitness Minutes: 19,770

My Goals:
To weigh between 120 and 130. Eat high protein , fiber and carb diet. Try to avoid sugar for the most part part because it triggers my binges. To have great endurance so I can keep up with my men and more importantly to have a positive self-image.

*Dirnk 8 glasses of water a day

*Get 8 hrs. of sleep at least 3 nights a week.

* Eat under 1550 calories.

*Allow myself 2 glasses of wine a week

* Eat under 60 grams of fat.

*Eat at least 100 g of protein

*Eat at least 25g of fiber

*Eat one fresh produce a day

*And the big one, wor
kout 5x a week

My Program:
I try to get in 5 days of cardio. 4 of which are usually running 3 mi, or briskly walking 4 mi. On the weekends I like to go on long bike rides.

I do weights 3x a week.

Try to stick to a 1300 calorie diet, with no sugar or white bread.

I have a fat-protein efficient metabolism. I try to eat 50% protein, 25% fat, and 25% carbs to suit my metabolism.

Personal Information:
I live i Dongducheron, Korea and love it, but I am a firm believer that there is no better country than the USA! I am a family readiness assisrant for 1-15 FA on Camp Hovey. Just getting used to the military way of things. I attend University of Maryland University College. love to read anything I can get my hands on, explore Korea, go hiking, watch movies, go tanning, and hanging out with my friends and family. I also love naps!!

Other Information:
I'm very type A, always looking to better myself. My long term goals in life are to achieve my MBA, look my finest, be the best mom possible, be happy in love, and start my own business

    Sounds like you are a busy woman! I was wondering how you structure your cardio workouts...do you run for 55 minutes or do you do a mix of walking/running? I started running again, but I do a 2 minute run paired with a 2 minute walk. I've heard a lot of great things about interval training, so I decided to try it. I can't imagine staying on the treadmill for almost an hour! 35-40 minutes is all I typically do...strength training is another story though...60-75 minutes with a personal trainer kicks my butt!
