    I joined Bookworms recently and have found it to be very welcoming with lots of friendly communication. I love your images as I, too, am a frustrated ballerina. I took lots of dance until my college years. I remember how good that strength and flexibility felt. Exercise is a good first step. We'll soon be "plieing" with the best of them.
