Introduction Text I'm a soon to be 50 year young female who's struggled with weight loss all my life. I joined NutriSystem several years ago and had things under control for a long time. Then I got seriously ill and had to stop smoking 7 years ago. I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks! Although the loss was great, I wouldn't recommend it. I gained the 12 lbs back plus 6 more over the following months! I made the decision to change my lifestyle as I wasn't eating healthy or exercising at all. I stumbled onto SP purely by accident. I was looking for something affordable, that had a system in which I could track my eating habits. You can imagine how excited I was to find this site for FREE! WOW! Could life get any better? For the last 2 years or so, I've been through some changes in my life and as a result I have gained 20 lbs. I'm back on track and will reach my goal again!

I want to lose the 20 pounds I've gained over the last 2 year.

I track what food I'm eating to achieve better portion control and to stay within my caloric range. My exercise program is yet to be determined until I can figure out what my sciatica can take.
