Hey there , I'm living my dream on a cattle ranch in Saskatchewan.

I have been with SP for 3 years now and have lost and regained my same 10 to 15 lbs 3 times over in that time .
I just can't seem to break the yo-yo cycle .
I have the knowledge and the tools so why am I still fighting the fat ?

I am still looking for the answers .

Sparkpeople is knowlege at my fingertips and believe me I rely on the insight of other Sparkers as well as all the information on this site to help me understand what kind of life changes a person must make in order to live a healthy lifestyle .

I can do this ..I have done it before ..only this time I need to dig deeper to find out what's holding me back .
