I'm a work from home IT professional who works 30 feet from the kitchen. I have a treadmill 6 ft. behind me, and live on a rural dirt road in the mountains where extensive hiking trails are available from my driveway.
I'm a work from home IT professional who works 30 feet from the kitchen. I have a treadmill 6 ft. behind me, and live on a rural dirt road in the mountains where extensive hiking trails are available from my driveway.

Fitness Minutes: 6,282

My Goals:
Lose 65 pounds. Feel energetic.

My Program:
 Diet of one grain, one fruit, one veg, and one protein with each meal. 90 minutes of exercise per day (mostly treadmill or hiking)


Personal Information:
Live in the Uintah Mountains in Utah. IT Professional that works 8 to 5 at a desk from my home. Married with 4 kids, only one still living at home.

Other Information:
 I love my hobbies--reading and watching movies, but they are not very healthy unless I only watch movies or read my Kindle while on the treadmill.

    Hi! Thanks for the blog comment. Since I wrote that last blog King, Hinson, and I adopted a second dog. Now, when I walk the dogs, one of the gets the "Oooh Shinies" and takes off about the time the other gets the "Oooh Stinkies" and stops for a sniff. Makes one feel like they're being drawn and quartered, but in a good way. Take care.
