Hello, my name is Crystal. I joined Sparkpeople over a year ago, but didn't really get into it because I wasn't ready to make a change, I guess. Now, I am definitely ready!

Today, I find myself at 375 pounds and with my height, I'm supposed to be at least 110 pounds. My goal weight is to reach 120 pounds though. I've got a lot of time to go and I'm only 21 years old.

I really do hope to one day start a family by the time I'm 25 and in order to do that, I need to get myself to a healthy weight. I also want to feel better in my own skin and feel like I have all the energy in the world! I'm really hoping that I can stick to my goals this time and stick to my healthy lifestyle change for the rest of my life and be a good role model to the children that I plan on having in the future.

My Goals:
Long-term: Lose 255 pounds by the time I'm 25 years old.

Short-term goals:
1) Lose 20 pounds in the next 3-4 months.
2) Drink at least 8 cups of water a day for the next 7 days.
3) Listen to motivation songs everyday for the next 7 days.
4) Exercise for at least 10 minutes everyday for the next 7 days.

1) Lose 20 more pounds in the next 3-4 months.

3)Exercise for at least 50 minutes a day for 6 days a week.
4)Meditate everyday for the next 7 days.

Tracking Food everyday.
Getting at least 50 minutes of exercise everyday for 6 days a week.

    My daughter and i finally got together yesterday at StarBucks. Had a good visit - she has a very full life - married with 2 teenage daughters, works as a nurse full-time. So our time together is sometimes far between. But we did have a good time yesterday - catching up!
