Hey whats up? As of right now I'm just kind of listening to my body just to get know it a little better before I start any set times/intervals. It's really tough for me to count 60 seconds to 90 and so on, so I'm just kind of judging it.
Last year I used to walk/jog on the treadmill for about an hour everyday, so it's definitely a wake up call that this 20 minutes was enough to wear me out!
Have you thought about posting blogs on your progress? It would be cool to read about someone else starting around the same time as me :)
