I'm an overweight 30 year old. I married Walt when I was 21. I have 4 children. Brytnee is 7. Bryant is 4. Peyton is 18 months. Adyson is 2 weeks. After having children the weight stayed and built up. I have 50-60 lbs to loose. That would take me back to where I was when I got married. I love to scrapbook. I am a Close to my Heart consultant. I like to read, camp, organize and clean. I like to do almost any sort of crafts. I'm a perfectionist. It is hard for me to just sit. I really like chocolate! I like to travel, garden, and work in the yard. I want to be healthy and teach my kids how to be healthy. I want my kids to be in the habit of eating good food and exercising daily. I have a BS degree but one day I'd like to get another one in nursing or a masters to be a PA.

My Goals:
Walk 5-6 times a week.
Read something uplifting and inspirational every day.
Track my food intake at least 5 times a week.
Read to my kids everyday.
Play a game with my kids everyday.
Get 8 glasses of water a day.
Get 8 hours of sleep every night.

My Program:
Right now I am trying to walk two miles a day. I would really like to be able to walk 5 miles a day in less than 75 minutes.

Personal Information:
I have lived many places throughout my life. (3 different cities in Idaho, 3 different cities in Utah, Memphis TN and Spokane WA). We are currently in Idaho again.

Other Information:
Love movies. We could almost have our own personal Blockbuster in our home. :) I like books that are not sappy. My favorite author is John Grisham. We go camping once or twice every summer. I used to snow ski and swim. I liked both of those sports. I like making lists of different things. I love to scrapbook!! That is my favorite hobby. I have created many books and have even sold some!! :)
