Introduction Text Im here to get myself healthy....i know im never gonna be a size 2 but i would like to lose a few and become healthy. I have had my surgery....August 26th 2010. I am doing well....keepin up with the protein as much as i can....working on a more diverse menu with more fruits and veggies.

my goal is to lose some weight to become healthy.

i currently am on medication for high blood pressure....Using a CPAP for Sevear Obstructive Sleep Apnea....and i was diagnosed with A-FIB in september 09.....I have had my surgery and am now on a balanced way of eaitng. gotta get 50-70 grams of protein a day and fill in with veggies and fruits and carbs if i have the room....i am doing really well.

Hello my name is Connie....most people call me Conifer.....I live in Wisconsin and I am unemployeed...I am also a member at United Indians of Milwaukee.....I try to make time for myself but that doesnt always work out because I also babysit my Niece....she is a wonderful child and I love her to bits.

Add a Link *Bright Star Woman* STARTING AGAIN I had my surgery on 8/26/10. 10/20/10 update....i have lost a good amount of weight and now its slowing down...i will be starting a workout program at the gym soon....just got cleared by the surgeon to actually go and do a full work out....been walking a lot up till now.
