My weight has gone up and down all my life. Right now it is up so I am once again on a mission to fit back into my clothes. It is so fusturating trying to find something to wear for the day but nothing fits anymore. This has been my life for about the last 12 years, but I have made up my mind I will lose the weight.

My Goals:
My goal is to fit back into my clothes without the muffin top. Keep eating healthy so I stay healthy, mind and body.

My Program:
 Jillian Michaels 30 day shred everyday plus an hour walking/running on the treadmill. Have changed my eating habit; no coffee(struggling with that one), 8 or more 8 oz. glasses of water. no soda, bread or meats.
