HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW?
I have reached my goal of 122 a couple of times. Some days I am a little heavier but thats okay. As long as I continue to control it! I am happy with it! It has been a long time coming. My heaviest weight was 180, about 6 years ago. I would lose some weight and then gained again.
This time though it is forever!

My Goals:
I would love to reach 120 but as long as I stay under 125, I will be happy! This is the smallest I have ever been in my adult life. I feel better than ever. I am big on all natural and organic foods. I try and only drink water, juice, and organic skim milk.
My Program:
I walk everyday at work during my breaks and lunch. I walk at home, atleast 6 times a week, with my 5 year old Cadence
(yellow lab) and my neighbor. I also have a treadmill that I get on a few times a week.

Can you believe that crappy LITTLE Atkins bar was 220 calories?!?! I had figured since it was so small, it couldn't be that bad. Who gives a crap if it was free, it totally wasn't worth it!
